Refund and Returns Policy

Here at Kalendo, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade masks. Since each piece is made with care and attention to detail, we’ve created a refund and returns policy to make sure you’re happy with your purchase while respecting the nature of our handmade products. Please take a moment to read through it before placing your ord

1. Refunds

We only offer refunds for orders from ( United States, Puerto Rico) under the following circumstances:

• Your mask was damaged during shipping (we’ll need photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery).

• The mask you received is not what you ordered (wrong design or description).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds outside these regions or situations because of the unique and handmade nature of our masks.

Important: Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be refunded.

2. Returns

Returns are available for orders within ( United States and Puerto Rico) if:

• The mask has a manufacturing defect (such as structural flaws that affect how it fits).

• The mask is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that each mask is custom-made, we can’t accept returns on masks that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

If you think you qualify for a refund or return, here’s what to do:

1. Contact us at hello@kalendo.store within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the mask (if needed).

3. If your request meets the criteria, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

4. What Can’t Be Returned or Refunded?

Here’s a quick list of what’s not eligible:

• Sale items (all sales are final on discounted products).

• Custom masks made specifically for your design request.

• Masks damaged due to improper care or use.

• Orders outside the regions we’ve mentioned.

5. Shipping Costs

• If you’re approved for a return, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the issue was our mistake (like sending the wrong item).

• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Handmade with Care

Each mask is handmade, so slight differences in color or texture are totally normal and part of what makes your mask unique. These small variations aren’t considered defects but are proof of the craftsmanship behind every piece.

7. Order Cancellations

We get it—sometimes plans change! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we start working on your mask, and cancellations aren’t possible.
