Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy
(Applies to all Kalendo products — masks, props, and clothing drops)
1. Refunds
We offer refunds for orders from the United States and Puerto Rico under the following conditions:
- Your item arrived damaged during shipping (photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery).
- You received the wrong product or design (does not match your order details).
Because all of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, refunds cannot be issued outside these regions or for other reasons.
Important:
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Custom-made props or clothing based on your specific requests are also non-refundable unless damaged during delivery or incorrect.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted for orders within the United States and Puerto Rico if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect (for example, a structural flaw that affects how it fits or functions).
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Due to hygiene and production reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used or worn items (including clothing).
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Custom-made or limited-release items.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
If you believe you qualify, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at hello@kalendo.store within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
- Once reviewed, we’ll confirm if you’re eligible and provide the next steps.
4. What Can’t Be Returned or Refunded
To keep things transparent, here’s a quick list of what’s not eligible:
- Sale or discounted items (all sales final).
- Custom commissions or made-to-order props/clothing.
- Items damaged by improper care, use, or modification.
- International orders (outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico).
5. Shipping Costs
- If your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue was our fault (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Handmade & Limited Craftsmanship
Each piece is handcrafted with care. Slight variations in color, stitching, or texture are normal and part of the uniqueness of every mask, prop, or garment.
These small differences are not considered defects — they’re proof of genuine craftsmanship.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, production begins and cancellations aren’t possible — this applies to both props and clothing drops.
