Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy<\/h2>\n

(Applies to all Kalendo products \u2014 masks, props, and clothing drops)<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Refunds<\/p>\n

We offer refunds for orders from the United States and Puerto Rico under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

  • Your item arrived damaged during shipping (photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery).<\/li>\n
  • You received the wrong product or design (does not match your order details).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Because all of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, refunds cannot be issued outside these regions or for other reasons.<\/p>\n

    Important:<\/p>\n

    • All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.<\/li>\n
    • Custom-made props or clothing based on your specific requests are also non-refundable unless damaged during delivery or incorrect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Returns<\/p>\n

      Returns are accepted for orders within the United States and Puerto Rico if:<\/p>\n

      • The item has a manufacturing defect (for example, a structural flaw that affects how it fits or functions).<\/li>\n
      • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Due to hygiene and production reasons, we cannot accept returns for:<\/p>\n

        • Used or worn items (including clothing).<\/li>\n
        • Items damaged after delivery.<\/li>\n
        • Custom-made or limited-release items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3. How to Request a Refund or Return<\/p>\n

          If you believe you qualify, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

          1. Contact us at hello@kalendo.store within 48 hours of receiving your order.<\/li>\n
          2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.<\/li>\n
          3. Once reviewed, we\u2019ll confirm if you\u2019re eligible and provide the next steps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            4. What Can\u2019t Be Returned or Refunded<\/p>\n

            To keep things transparent, here\u2019s a quick list of what\u2019s not eligible:<\/p>\n

            • Sale or discounted items (all sales final).<\/li>\n
            • Custom commissions or made-to-order props\/clothing.<\/li>\n
            • Items damaged by improper care, use, or modification.<\/li>\n
            • International orders (outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              5. Shipping Costs<\/p>\n

              • If your return is approved, you\u2019ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue was our fault (e.g., wrong item sent).<\/li>\n
              • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                6. Handmade & Limited Craftsmanship<\/p>\n

                Each piece is handcrafted with care. Slight variations in color, stitching, or texture are normal and part of the uniqueness of every mask, prop, or garment.<\/p>\n

                These small differences are not considered defects \u2014 they\u2019re proof of genuine craftsmanship.<\/p>\n

                7. Order Cancellations<\/p>\n

                You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.<\/p>\n

                After that, production begins and cancellations aren\u2019t possible \u2014 this applies to both props and clothing drops.<\/p>\n
