Made to- orders usually take 3–5 weeks to be completed and shipped out. Each item is made or customized by hand, so this time ensures quality and attention to detail. Ready-to-ship items usually go out within 3–5 business days after purchase.

• Made to order: The product is being made after your order is placed. Expect about 3–5 weeks for completion.
• Ready to ship: The product is already made and ready to ship within a few days.

Currently, we ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. If you live outside these regions a higher shipping fee will be issued per order.

• Props: Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or heat to prevent warping. Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Clothing: Wash inside-out with cold water and air dry or tumble dry low to preserve the design.
